Angliala aceeasi proba femei si la 10 m platforma unde Tom Daley (13 ani) a reusit sa faca scufundari perfecte in probele 4 si 5. Olandezii au fost de asemenea premiati la categoria feminina. Presedintele Comitetului Olimpic International Jacques Rogge a facut o declaratie sambata anuntand ca ei au decis si este putin probabil sa se razgandeasca. Este asta insa o idee buna? Haideti sa aruncam o privire la ceea ce a marcat pana acum pregatirile pentru importantul eveniment. Prima tulburare a venit din partea Tibetului si torta care a parasit Turnul Eiffel cu Diagana conducand cei 80 de purtatori ai tortei si care a fost stinsa de 4 ori. Felul cum China a manevrat situatia din Tibet (tibetanii lupta pentru independenta) a fost motivul protestelor. Alte probleme privind conducerea chineza sunt detentia fara proces, ignorarea drepturilor omului si cenzura internetului. Multi sustin ideile sale, dar si mai multi sunt impotriva tinerii Jocurilor Olimpice la Beijing. Totusi, ar fi facut guvernul chinez atatea compromisuri si schimbari daca nu s-ar fi tinut la ei in tara?

Nezdá sa totiž, že by ju čokoľvek dokázalo zastaviť. Rozhodnutie či navštíviť alebo nenavštíviť otvárací ceremoniál však môže byť naozajstným Damoklovým mečom. O to viac, keď je to Čína, kto produkuje drvivú väčšinu produktov všetkého druhu, je to Čina, ktorá sýti svet a do tretice je to opäť Čína, ktorá môže onedlho vystúpiť z vlastného tieňa a nebezpečne otriasť svetovou politikou a ekonomikou.A politici toto všetko dobre vedia.Svet volá po dialógu medzi Čínou a Dalai lámom v exile, po zlepšení ľudských práv. Niektorí vidia východisko v celkovom bojkote Olympiády, iní zastávajú názor, že práve Olympiáda znamená pre viac než miliardu Číňanov zlepšenie ich ekonomických podmienok. Preto by mala prebehnúť, ale otázky ľudských práv by mala čínska vláda začať riešiť okamžite.Britský predseda vlády Gordon Brown spolu s nemeckou kancelárkou Angelou Merkelovou už verejne ohlásili, že sa otváracieho ceremoniálu nezúčastnia. Napriek hrozbe zhoršenia vzťahov chcú hlavne reprezentovať demokratické stanoviská a názory svojich voličov.Republikánsky kandidát súčasných prezidentských volieb John McCain vyhlásil, že jeho prítomnosť na Olympiáde závisí od toho ako sa Čína postaví už k spomínanej otázke ľudských práv. Dostatočne diplomatické stanovisko, pokiaľ ide o nádejného amerického prezidenta.Keď sme už pri americkom prezidentovi, je to práve George Bush, kto si minulý týždeň vyslúžil pozornosť médií a súčasne sa stal predmetom rozsiahlych špekulácií.Zúčastní sa alebo nie?Podľa niekoľkých minulo týždňových tlačových správ prezident Bush ohlásil, že plánuje navštíviť Peking v dobe otvorenia Olympiády. Jeho rozvrh však nie je natoľko špecifický, aby nevylučoval možnosť jeho neúčasti. Vo svojom piatkovom vystúpení pre ABC News vyhlásil, že pre neho sú Olympíjske hry o športovom zážitku, nie o politike. Pokiaľ by sa rozhodol nezúčastniť sa, jeho rozhodnutie by nebolo ovplyvnené všeobecným nátlakom demonštrantov.Aj keď, prezident Bush zjavne má dôvod nechať otázku svojej prítomnosti otvorenú. Olympiáda v ich svete nepochybne zastupuje bájny vrch nádejí a očakávaní na lepšie časy. Bush nechce týchto ľudí obrátiť voči Spojeným Štátom. A naviac, pokiaľ by sa Hier zúčastnil, mohol by svoje námietky predniesť čínskemu prezidentovi Hu Jintaovi tvárou v tvár. Z tohto hľadiska naozaj neexistuje dôvod prečo by tam ísť nemal.

Makes me feel so, huh, extreme, powerful and I can tell ya, you can regret your jean age, because you didn't hear about it at all.''Than the old fella, almost mortally offended bristles his mustache to its full, walrus-like proportions, focus his sight down on this naughty node and starts to speak with terribly deep beer voice:"Young man, if you'd bothered to study any history during your last stint in Juvenile Hall, you'd know that my generation invented extreme sports long before you were hatched," he finishes his academic speech.For a second the growth transforms his mouth into the enourmous cage and finally shuts up.And the old fella carries on speaking about the most favourite extreme bizzard sports of 60's generation. Western spy. Dissident. Drunken actor's rat.But Julo gets into the buggy and hardly rounds three times around the concret block of Bratislava's suburb. Yet, the revenge comes out.The game continues more less in good and funny direction, unless the Julo comes into turn.He asks Jaro:''Dear friend of mine, do you mind either not?''Jaro had to know, where the wind blows but still replied with courage:'' I don't mind.''Julo orders the worst order ever possible: ''Dear friend of mine, will you kindly go and visit the member of public guard (in our world known as a cop) and ask him for a cigarette paper?''Jaro knows that filling this order entails an accusation for public provokation, either vandalism.But, man's word has to be paid.Hardly breathing he visits the nearest police station, coming to the officier and asking him for a cigarette paper. Imagine young slim, hairy guy entering the door asking for the stuff. The officier immediately asks Jaro for his adress. What can one do about it? Jaro returns back to the actors and the party's over. Everyone splits and even Julo feels somehow guilty about Jaro. Jaro goes to bed, for the first time praying God, maybe for the first time in his life fot redemption of that horrible situation. And God replies. The door bell starts to ring. Ring Ring! Terribly nearing horror. How it can be in this time?One must say, that the visits during the night often meant police summons. Jaro opens the door and suprised stares at the police officier.''Oh, here you are Mr. Filip. I have those cigarette papers for you!'' says the officier.Jaro amazingly changes into the living piece of human and smiles. ''Oh, thank you dear comrade! Honour to our Republic!''He would invite the officier to cup of slivovica (our national alcohol), but it would be too much.Like in the fairytales, everything turns to good, and if you question about Julo, the order maker, I can only tell you, that Jaro had used all his intelligence to remain him this story.And if you question something like extreme sports, you can't deny that those sports were in some case even more extreme than bungee and other expensive trinkets of our days.

These days, sports are very important and means really much for population and especially for young people. Exercise during playing football, basketball, tennis, snowboarding and many other kinds of sports is not only healthy, but people practicing them, can have a lot of fun and anyway, it is much better way how to spend a spare time than sitting in front of TV all day long. In general, there are many kinds of sports. It is possible to divide them into: outdoor and indoor sports, winter and summer sports or for example into individual or group sports. However, a special group could be represented by extreme sports. Nowadays, the extreme sports are in particular among young generation very popular. Teenagers admire extreme snowboarding, dangerous skydiving, fighting sports, such as boxing, wrestling or a free running. Most off these sports have started being practiced this extreme way quite short time ago or they even have come into being just few years ago, so for old generation are mostly unknown or at least a little bit strange. Nevertheless, most of the 60s generation would say, that they had relatively good alternatives in that time, which were able to raise their adrenaline anyway. Very popular was for instance so-called The Civil Disobedience Obstacle Course, which was based on weaving through lines of opposing players directly to the admittance of residential military recruiting center or any administration building. Sports like Midnight McDonald's Relays or Beer Can Orienteering, which included drinking of heroic quantities of beer, were popular as well.

Yet, the revenge comes out.The game continues more less in good and funny direction, unless the Julo comes into turn.He asks Jaro:''Dear friend of mine, do you mind either not?''Jaro had to know, where the wind blows but still replied with courage:'' I don't mind.''Julo orders the worst order ever possible: ''Dear friend of mine, will you kindly go and visit the member of public guard (in our world known as a cop) and ask him for a cigarette paper?''Jaro knows that filling this order entails an accusation for public provokation, either vandalism.But, man's word has to be paid.Hardly breathing he visits the nearest police station, coming to the officier and asking him for a cigarette paper. Imagine young slim, hairy guy entering the door asking for the stuff. The officier immediately asks Jaro for his adress. What can one do about it? Jaro returns back to the actors and the party's over. Everyone splits and even Julo feels somehow guilty about Jaro. Jaro goes to bed, for the first time praying God, maybe for the first time in his life fot redemption of that horrible situation. And God replies. The door bell starts to ring. Ring Ring! Terribly nearing horror. How it can be in this time?One must say, that the visits during the night often meant police summons. Jaro opens the door and suprised stares at the police officier.''Oh, here you are Mr. Filip. I have those cigarette papers for you!'' says the officier.Jaro amazingly changes into the living piece of human and smiles. ''Oh, thank you dear comrade! Honour to our Republic!''He would invite the officier to cup of slivovica (our national alcohol), but it would be too much.Like in the fairytales, everything turns to good, and if you question about Julo, the order maker, I can only tell you, that Jaro had used all his intelligence to remain him this story.And if you question something like extreme sports, you can't deny that those sports were in some case even more extreme than bungee and other expensive trinkets of our days.

These days, sports are very important and means really much for population and especially for young people. Teenagers admire extreme snowboarding, dangerous skydiving, fighting sports, such as boxing, wrestling or a free running. Most off these sports have started being practiced this extreme way quite short time ago or they even have come into being just few years ago, so for old generation are mostly unknown or at least a little bit strange. Nevertheless, most of the 60s generation would say, that they had relatively good alternatives in that time, which were able to raise their adrenaline anyway. Die ganze Stadt ist mit Sehenswürdigkeiten übersät, wie zum Beispiel Buckingham Palace, London Eye, das Wachsmuseum Madam Tussauds, Tower Bridge, der Londoner Turm, die Westminster Abtei oder Hyde Park - nur um einige zu nennen. Es hat eine Geschichte, die bis zu der Ära des Römischen Reichs zurückgeht und jedes einzelne historische Zeitalter hatte London mit seinen spezifischen Kennzeichen gekennzeichnet, wobei eine einmalige Mischung entstand, die als die City of London bekannt ist. Die Stadt ist voll von verschiedenen Kulturen, Stils und Lebenstils, hat ihre eigene Atmosphäre und Umwelt und ist stolz auf ihr intellektuelles, wirtschaftliches, architektonisches und kulturelles Erbe.
