The King of Clay reigned the British grass
by Zivka Deleva

The tennis world number one, the boy with the unbeatable sports spirit returned on the most wanted green fields ever, the Wimbledon. He was sovereign over Czech player Tomas Berdych in the final, winning his second All England Club trophy in the career, with the result 6-3, 7-5, 6-4. This title was Nadal's eight in his career, and he has joined the club in which their positions have deserved players like Agassi, Connors, Lendl, Perry and Rosewall. The Spaniard showed once again why he is the king of the tennis court - winning two master cups consequently on different field - first Roland Wimbeldon's clay and now, Wimbeldon' grass not much people can praise they have done! it. And as Berdych is concerned, the 12-th positioned player in the world should remember this years tournament, because he achieved to beaten Roger Federer in the quarter-final and the world number three Novak Djokovic. Nadal's first title in Wimbledon came two years ago when together with Federer they played the historical match that lasted five and a half hours. Unfortunately, last year, due to knee problems, he just didn't make it! His knees are his heel of Achilles, and he should watch them more than anything. He promised that he would take a brake on the next tournaments and rest a little bit. Who knows if he can achieve that, knowing how tough it is to him to stay off the courts. Wimbledon awarded the best player with one million pounds, and the second best - took home half of that. Good for them
